Cutting Fluids Are Just Like Any Other Production Tool

Cutting fluids is the general term for waterbase coolants and oils. Often they are referred to as metalworking fluids. They perform an important production function and as they work they will become contaminated and need cleaning. The cleaning function is really a maintenance function and just like any other production tool maintenance can be performed in two ways. Maintenance can be a preventative procedure while the fluid is on line; filtration systems in a closed loop with the process. Or, it can be off line as a "remove and repair" process; remote filtration modules.

Harrigan Solutions not only sells the fluids, it also provides filtration equipment to perform the maintenance. There are a full range of options covering pressure filters, centrifuges, oil/water separators, and magnetic separators. These are available as new or reconditioned used equipment. The units can be arranged for online performance or off line remote facilities.

Harrigan Solutions has a team of engineers and technicians to assist in the selection and installation of the equipment. They also offer rental and leasing program for those who want to watch their cash flow. In addition service agreements are available to monitor and/or maintain the equipment.
