1. Technical principle of decanter centrifuge

Decanter centrifuge is a device that generates centrifugal force through high-speed rotation to separate solids and liquids in materials. Its working principle is: when solid materials (such as sludge, slurry, oily wastewater, etc.) are fed into the drum, a centrifugal field is formed under high-speed rotation, and the solid particles with higher density are thrown to the drum wall to form a sediment layer, while the lighter liquid flows out along the center.

Technical points include:

The drum speed is as high as 3000rpm or more, achieving a high G value (centrifugal force multiple) and extremely high separation efficiency;

There is a speed difference between the screw conveyor and the drum, which continuously pushes the solid phase out of the slag discharge port;

It can be configured with variable frequency drive and differential speed adjustment system to meet the needs of different material separation.
