Technical principle

Disc centrifuge is a continuous, automated, high-speed rotating separation equipment. The core of its structure lies in a set of precision discs installed inside. Working process:

The mixture is continuously fed into the center of the drum through the feed port;

The centrifugal force quickly settles the high-density solids or heavy liquids to the edge of the disc;

The light liquid moves toward the center and is discharged from the top outlet;

The separated solids are discharged through the automatic slag discharge system within a certain period of time;

The entire process is fully enclosed, continuous, high-speed and precise, and is suitable for industries with extremely high purity requirements.
