Detailed analysis of equipment structure
The horizontal screw centrifuge is mainly composed of a drum, a screw pusher, a differential, a frame, a drive system, an inlet and outlet, an electronic control system, etc. Its working principle is: the mixture enters the equipment from the feed pipe and is evenly distributed in the drum through the distribution port. As the drum rotates at high speed (generally between 2000 and 4000 RPM), the solids in the material are thrown to the inner wall of the drum due to their high specific gravity to form a sediment layer, while the liquid forms a clarification layer in the inner layer. The screw pusher slowly pushes the deposited solids to the outlet by differential rotation, forming a closed-loop process of continuous dehydration.
1. Drum system

3. Differential control
