The process is as follows:
Feeding Phase:
The mixed liquid continuously enters the center of the drum through a feed pipe.
Centrifugal Separation:
During high-speed rotation, denser solid particles are flung toward the outer walls, while less dense liquid is drawn toward the center, ultimately forming distinct layers.
Discharge Phase:
The clarified liquid is continuously discharged through the liquid phase outlet; solid impurities are concentrated on the outer walls of the drum. Some models are equipped with an automatic sludge discharge system.
Cycle Control:
The rotation speed, feed rate, and sludge discharge frequency can be adjusted by a PLC system based on material characteristics, achieving precise control and efficient separation.
