Product Description
HR series is a two-stage horizontal pusher filter centrifuge that can run continuously. They can feed, separate, wash and discharge in sequence at full speed. They have the advantages of continuous operation, stable performance, large capacity, ideal washing effect, low moisture content of filter cake, and low solid content in liquid. They are suitable for separating suspensions with solid phase particle size greater than 0.05 mm and concentration exceeding 35%, and are suitable for chemical industry, fertilizer, salt and alkali, especially for solid-liquid separation of sodium chloride, ammonium chloride, ammonium bicarbonate, sodium sulfate and urea.
Working Principle
The main motor drives the inner and outer baskets to rotate at full speed, and the material is fed through the feeding tube. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid is discharged from the basket through the filter screen and the holes of the basket, and then discharged from the machine through the tube for discharging liquid, while the solids are deposited in the basket as a layer of ring-shaped cake. As a result, the push plate pushes the cake layer in the inner basket to move out, and then enters the outer basket for further separation, forming a ring-shaped cake layer, while the outer part of the inner basket pushes the cake layer in the outer basket, so that it continuously moves out of the outer basket, and then it is discharged through the slot for the scraper.
