Working Principle
The feed slurry enters the rotating bowl through the inlet pipe. Under high centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation, solids are thrown outward against the bowl wall, while the clarified liquid moves towards the liquid discharge ports.
An internal scroll conveyor rotates at a slightly different speed from the bowl to transport the separated solids toward the conical end for discharge. The adjustable differential speed allows operators to fine-tune separation performance and cake discharge depending on material properties.This continuous process ensures efficient, high-throughput separation with minimal manual intervention.
