Working Principle
The slurry is continuously fed into the rotating bowl through the inlet pipe. Under high centrifugal force, solids are forced to the bowl wall while clarified liquid flows toward the liquid discharge.
The internal scroll conveyor, rotating at a slightly different speed from the bowl, continuously transports the separated solids to the conical end for discharge.
Liquid exits through adjustable weirs, allowing operators to fine-tune separation performance according to material properties.
This continuous process ensures stable separation efficiency, low manual intervention, and high processing consistency.
