Horizontal screw discharge sedimentation centrifuge (horizontal screw machine for short) is a machine that continuously separates one phase solid, one phase liquid or two phases liquid, one phase solid under the action of centrifugal force. It mainly includes the following parts (as shown in the figure): drum and bearing seat, screw, differential, cover, machine base, feed pipe, drive motor, etc.

1. All parts in direct contact with the material are made of stainless steel.

3.Driven by two motors, the speed of the roller and screw can be adjusted.

4. Continuous spiral discharge, PLC control and screen touch operation.

5. Spiral coating wear-resistant alloy or welded carbide thin plate (according to material characteristics and customer requirements)

6.Safety protection: speed detection, vibration protection, motor overload and overheating protection, screw protection when zero differential occurs.
