Type

Horizontal screw centrifuges are typically separated into two types: horizontal spiral filter centrifuges and horizontal spiral sedimentation centrifuges.

 

Structure and Principle

The horizontal spiral sedimentation centrifuge, also known as the horizontal screw centrifuge, is a highly efficient centrifugal separation and dehydration equipment that operates continuously with horizontal spiral discharge.

This particular product is a horizontal separating decanter with a cylindrical-conical solid wall bowl, designed specifically for continuous separation of solid and liquid.

The solid-wall bowl effectively separates and clarifies liquids with its cylindrical section. As the product enters through the feed tube and passes through the distributor, it enters the centrifugation space. The adjustable liquid level in the bowl is controlled by regulating plates. Thanks to centrifugal forces, solid particles are directed to the bowl wall and then transported to the solids outlet by the decanter scroll. In the separation zone, the liquids are separated and discharged.

1. Effectively ease resonance during rotating of bi-rotor

The product uses centrifuge technology to eliminate first-order and two-order resonance regions that may cause damage due to high frequency vibrations during operation. This creates a safer and more efficient working environment, with the vibration intensity of the bearing seat defined to be between 2mm/s and 4mm/s.

A thin oil lubrication

  • Lubricate and clean bearings with jet oil to reduce temperature.
  • Ensure continuous oil circulation with an uninterruptible power oil pump.
  • The oil pressure energy storage system allows the lubrication pump to continue supplying oil for an additional 5-6 minutes when there is a power outage, ensuring that the pressure remains at a minimum of 0.4Mpa.
