Working Principle

The material enters the distributor from the feed pipe and is quickly and evenly distributed on the screen by the accelerator for separation; Under the action of centrifugal force, the sugar paste is gradually deliquidated on the mesh surface and discharged with the help of inertia.

The slurry enters the centrifuge from the feed port, is subjected to centrifugal force in the separation system, intercepts the solid through the filter screen, and the liquid enters the filter bin through the screen and is discharged by the mother liquor port. The solid moves downward under the action of gravity and centrifugal force, and enters the lower section through the discharge silo. During the movement, the solids are washed by the washing system pumped with a washing liquid. All power is driven by a single electric motor.

The vertical centrifugal discharge centrifuge is composed of a feeding device, a separation system, a filter bin, a discharge bin, a transmission system, a washing device and an electronic control device. In the separation process, the residence time of the solids in the separation system can be controlled by adjusting the feed speed and the relative position of each part of the separation system to meet the specified solid moisture content requirements. The whole system skillfully applies the dual effects of centrifugal force and gravity to realize the continuous work of the equipment and achieve high work efficiency.
