About Centrifuge Overview

Working Principle
The working principle of the tubular centrifuge is based on the action of centrifugal force. When the mixed liquid enters the drum of the centrifuge, as the drum rotates at high speed, the components in the mixed liquid are subjected to different degrees of centrifugal force due to different densities and particle sizes. The heavier components (such as solid particles and high-density liquids) are thrown to the wall of the drum to form a sediment layer; while the lighter components (such as clarified liquid) gather in the center area of the drum and are discharged through a specific outlet. Through continuous feeding and discharging, continuous clarification and separation of the mixed liquid is achieved.
