Tubular centrifuge is a fine separation equipment. It is specially used for solid-liquid separation and liquid-solid separation of small solid particles and similar specific gravity differences. It is the equipment of choice for the food, chemical and biological products industries.Our tubular centrifuges have different types, one is the GQ two-phase solid-liquid separation model, i.e. the clarification type; the other is the GF three-phase solid-liquid separation model, i.e. the separation type.
Working Principle
The tubular centrifuge consists of a sliding bearing assembly, a drum assembly, a liquid collecting plate assembly, a head assembly, a machine body, etc. The power of the motor is transmitted to the pulley and the main shaft on the head through the belt and the pressure wheel, thereby driving the drum to rotate at high speed around its own axis, forming a strong centrifugal force field on the inner wall of the drum. The material is injected into the drum through the bottom feed port, and under the action of strong centrifugal force, the material liquid is forced to move in layers. The light liquid is located in the center of the drum, flows to the upper part of the drum, and is recovered through the liquid collection tray; the heavy solid is thrown on the inner wall of the drum and is manually discharged after closing.
