Centrifuge Overview
LWL series horizontal spiral unloading filter centrifuge is mainly used for solid-liquid separation or centrifugal dehydration of suspensions, and is equipped with a washing function. This type of centrifuge runs continuously, unloads automatically, has a large processing capacity, low energy consumption, and is safe and reliable in operation.
How It Works
- The suspension enters the inner cavity of the spiral from the feed pipe and enters the drum through the injection port at the bottom of the spiral head close to the cone end.
- Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase passes through the filter screen and the filter holes on the drum wall and is discharged from the drum, and then discharged out of the machine through the discharge port.
- The solid phase is trapped in the drum to form filter residue, which, under the combined action of the conical component of centrifugal force and the feed screw, continuously moves toward the large end of the drum and is discharged from the drum and then discharged out of the machine through the discharge chute.
