Working Principle
The disc centrifuge is a highly efficient liquid-liquid or solid-liquid separation device. Its internal core structure is a “disc stack” composed of multiple conical discs. Under high-speed rotation, the mixed liquid is introduced into the drum. Through the centrifugal force, components with different densities are layered in different directions. Solid particles are deposited on the inner wall of the drum, and light liquid and heavy liquid are discharged from different outlets, thereby achieving a fast and continuous separation effect.
