Main features
- The motor is efficient and energy-saving.
- Small size, easy for workers to operate and occupy less workshop space.
- The outlet of the separator utilizes a centripetal pump structure, allowing for direct transfer of the liquid phase to downstream equipment.Special structure is adopted in the drum, with large processing capacity and good clarification effect.
- The product features two types of slag discharge modes – manual control or automatic control through PLC.
Scope of application:
Dairy separator: used for skimming or clarifying milk (removing solid impurities).
The industrial production utilizes a large-scale separator powered by electricity.
The structure includes: Hand-driven small separator with manual slag discharge. Suitable for pastoral area farmers and herdsmen;
Vegetable oil separator: used for processing and refining vegetable oil.
The slagging mode is manual slagging or ring valve slagging.
Yeast separator: It is used to concentrate yeast and discharge slag through nozzle.
Animal oil separator: This product is ideal for refining animal oil in meat processing and for concentrating and separating fish oil in aquatic processing.
Mineral oil separator: This product helps eliminate moisture and remove mechanical impurities from various types of mineral oils, such as fuel oil, diesel oil, lubricating oil, and transformer oil. Additionally, it can effectively separate similar emulsions.
Starch separator: used for removing protein from starch, concentrating starch and discharging slag through nozzle.
Disc separator for pharmaceutical use: it is used for extracting antibiotics, vitamins, etc. in the pharmaceutical industry. It is also suitable for the separation of liquid liquid solid three-phase mixtures in pharmaceutical and chemical production.
Lanolin separator: used in wool spinning industry to extract lanolin from wool washing water and discharge slag through nozzle.
Material selection:
Stainless steel 304, 321, 316, 316L
Body carbon steel or cast iron lining stainless steel material
Main purpose
This method is primarily utilized for separating liquids and solids in situations where the solid concentration ranges from 1-5% and the diameter of the solid particles exceeds 0.5 μ M. Examples include the separation and clarification of various oils such as vegetable oil, animal oil, fish oil, crude oil, and different fuel and lubricating oils, as well as the clarification of dairy products. It is also used in the clarification of fruit juices, separation of beer, and clarification of fermentation broth in fermented brewing products in the food industry; extraction of vaccines, mycelium, glucose, insulin, antibiotics, and vitamins in the pharmaceutical industry; and as a solvent for dry cleaning agents, zinc plating solution, aluminum sulfate solution, tar water mixture, PVC, polypropylene, polyethylene, silver (in film processing), and for recovering catalysts and magnet ores in the chemical industry. In traditional Chinese medicine, it is used for separating and clarifying plant extracts.
Working principle
The drum is powered by the motor to rotate rapidly around the main shaft via the clutch helical gear pair. The feed liquid is directed from the central pipe at the top to the bottom of the drum, then exits through the lower edge of the disk seat to the space between the drum wall. As a result of the centrifugal force, larger solid particles in the liquid settle on the drum’s wall and can be released through the slag outlet once the sliding drum is controlled. The disc then settles the liquid phase, which is eventually discharged by the centripetal pump.
