Stainless Steel Bubble Hash Machine Ice Water-Based Vortex Trichome Separator for Hash Making
Experience efficient and advanced extraction with our all-in-one food grade stainless steel CBD crude oil extraction equipment. Combining ethanol extraction and centrifugal techniques, our machine can achieve a 98% extraction rate from biomass while removing 97% of ethanol. Trust in our expertise and state-of-the-art technology for fast, precise, and high-quality results.
The industrial centrifuge, also known as ethanol extraction equipment, is a versatile mechanical product designed for gap operation. It is capable of efficiently separating suspensions with solid phase particles of 0.01 mm or larger, including granular, crystalline, and fibrous materials. Additionally, it can be used for textile dehydration.
The Vortex Trichome Separator employs mechanical separation methods to extract trichomes rich in cannabinoids and terpenes from biomass, resulting in premium ice water hash.
Increase in popularity of solventless concentrates, including ice water or “bubble” hash, is due to the perceived “natural” extraction method and preservation of strain-specific flavor. To meet growing demand and scale up production, consider using solventless, water-based separation equipment.
EEC series centrifuge Feature
The allowable temperature range of this product is from -70 ℃ to 70 ℃. The large sight glass design allows for clear observation of the equipment’s interior. The extraction process is fully automated, with the ability to set the rotation speed, time, and number of cycles through a program, and also has the option for manual control. The PLC display provides information on the system’s status. The zipper filter bag feature allows for easy loading and unloading by a single person. Optional configurations include an oxygen content detection protection system, cart structure, chiller, storage tank, diaphragm pump, vacuum filter, and vacuum pump.
Unique design. The barrel can be split, a unique feature exclusive to our factory. Unlike other suppliers, we do not weld the barrel and the base together, using iron as the material for cost efficiency and counterweight. This eliminates the risk of equipment damage and potential hazards in extremely low temperatures of -40 to -80 degrees. Our solution offers a safe and practical alternative by separating the base and barrel components.
Working principles
The filter bag is filled with ground plant material and placed in the machine, followed by the addition of ethanol until the material is submerged. The machine is set to bidirectional rotation to fully extract the active ingredients in the plant. The bottom valve is opened to release the extract, and the plant material is then subjected to high-speed rotary exhaustion to fully recover the extract.
