About The Centrifuge Overview

 

The main motor drives the inner and outer baskets to rotate at full speed, and the material is fed through the feed pipe inlet. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid is discharged from the basket through the filter screen and the holes of the basket, and then discharged from the machine through the pipe for discharging liquid, while the solid is deposited in the basket as a layer of ring-shaped cake. As a result, the push plate pushes the cake layer in the inner basket to move out, and then enters the outer basket for further separation, forming a ring-shaped cake layer, while the outer part of the inner basket pushes the cake layer in the outer basket to continuously move out of the outer basket, and then discharge it through the slot for scraper.

Working Principle‌

 

The vacuum salt making two-stage piston pusher centrifuge achieves continuous separation of salt by a two-stage piston pusher. Under the action of the centrifugal field, the heavier solid phase (salt) is deposited on the drum wall to form a sediment layer, while the lighter liquid phase forms an inner liquid ring, which continuously overflows the drum from the overflow port at the large end of the drum and is discharged from the machine through the discharge port. This design makes the salt separation process more efficient while ensuring the purity of the salt.
