How it works

GF105 tubular separating centrifuge is used for separating various suspensions that are difficult to separate, especially suitable for solid-liquid separation with small concentration, large viscosity, fine solid-phase particles and small solid-liquid weight difference, such as: clarification of various liquids and oral liquids, slag removal of traditional Chinese medicine, paints, dyes, extraction of various proteins, algae belts, pectin, purification of rubber solutions, etc.

The separator is a high-speed separator, strong separation capacity, a centrifuge equipment for intermittent operation, composed of a fuselage, a transmission device, a drum, a liquid collection tray, a liquid inlet bearing seat, the upper part of the drum is a flexible spindle, the lower part is a damping floating bearing, the main shaft is connected with the driven wheel by the coupling seat buffer, the motor transmits the power to the driven wheel through the transmission belt, and the tensioner wheel transmits the power to the driven wheel, so that the drum rotates around its own axis at high speed, forming a strong centrifugal force field, the material is injected from the bottom inlet, and the centrifugal force forces the liquid to flow upward along the drum wall.

And it is stratified due to the density of different components of the feed liquid. GF type is a separation type equipment, the liquid phase with high density forms an outer ring, and the liquid phase with low density forms an inner ring, which flows to the respective liquid discharge ports on the upper part of the bowl and discharges, and a trace amount of solids is deposited on the wall of the bowl and is manually discharged after the shutdown.
