Description Of The Centrifuge
The centrifuge consists of main machine, transmission device, drum, liquid collecting tray, liquid inlet seat and other assemblies. The upper part of the drum is a flexible main shaft, and the lower part is a damping float. The motor drives the driven wheel through the driving wheel and the tensioning gear, so that the drum rotates around its own axis at a very high speed, forming a strong centrifugal force field. The material is sprayed into the liquid inlet from the bottom, and the liquid is forced to flow upward along the inner wall of the drum, and separated into different layers according to different densities.

Advantages Of GF150 Tubular Centrifuge
- High speed over 10000rpm
- High parts processing precision, easy operation and maintenance
- High separation efficiency
- The equipment design is safe and reliable, which can reduce labor intensity.
- Widely used in food and beverage, medicine, chemical industry, biological products and other industries
Structure And Composition
The tubular centrifuge is mainly composed of a body, a transmission device, a drum, a liquid collecting plate and an air intake bearing seat. The upper part of the drum is a flexible main shaft, and the lower part is a damping floating bearing. The main shaft is connected to the passive wheel through a connecting seat buffer, and the motor transmits power to the passive wheel through a conveyor belt and a tension wheel, so that the drum rotates around its own axis at high speed.
