GLW series, manufactured by our company, is a standard decanting centrifuge that effectively separates particles in drilling mud.

Through centrifugal action, the suspending fluids are pushed into the rotor drum via the inlet pipe and spiral feeder’s fluid hole.

Centrifugal force then causes solid particles to move to the drum’s internal wall, before being pushed to the small end’s mud outlet for removal.

Meanwhile, the fluids are discharged from the overflow hole at the large end, allowing for continuous separation.

GLW Horizontal Decanter Centrifuges allow for continuous feeding and discharge, making it a versatile choice for separating two-phase (solid-liquid) and three-phase (solid-liquid-liquid) slurries. This chemical separation equipment is commonly used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, environmental protection, mining, and food industries, providing efficient and reliable results.

4. Our horizontal decanter centrifuge offers multiple safety features for secure operation, including protection against over-vibration, temperature monitoring of bearings, detection of screw conveyor torque and differential speed, as well as nitrogen-filled explosion-proof technology. Additionally, there is protection against motor overload and overheating.

5. This industrial centrifuge offers three options for mud dewatering: cycloidal gear, planetary gear, and hydraulic differential. These options allow for a wide range of differential adjustment, making it suitable for various types of solids.
