Working Principle

After the tubular bowl in the centrifuge rotates at high speed under the drive of the main shaft, the heterogeneous material liquid is sprayed into the drum by the nozzle at the bottom of the liquid inlet bearing seat. And the material liquid entering the drum is driven by the high-speed rotating drum to rotate at high speed and form a centrifugal force field.  Under the action of the centrifugal force field, the heterogeneous material liquid is layered.  The heavy phase is outside the bowl cavity, and the light phase is in the heart of the drum chamber.

      Because the nozzle continuously sprays the material liquid, the material liquid is separated into light . And the  heavy liquid phases is retained when the inner cavity of the drum.    Then the light and heavy liquid phases flow to the upper part of the drum respectively.

Finally,  they  are discharged through their respective outlets, which are collected by the liquid collection tray and excluded from the machine. And a trace amount of solid phase is deposited on the inner wall of the drum and is manually discharged after the shutdown.

Application Fields

•       Extraction and separation in the animal and plant industry: the separation process directly affects the quality of the final products of Chinese herbal medicines (including plant extraction and animal extraction), and some polysaccharides, proteins, pectin, saponins and insoluble liquid impurities cannot be removed by filtration, as well as the fine particles remaining in the extraction process, which can be separated by a tubular separator.
• Food industry: vinegar, condiments, oil refining, fruit juice and beverage fiber, pectin, insoluble protein, residual pulp and other impurities removal, chicken essence separation, crystalline salt dehalogenation, sugar honey removal, health wine impurity removal, yeast separation, etc.
• Blood products: can be used for plasma and blood cell separation in humans, chickens, pigs, cattle, sheep, etc. It can be used to prepare plasma (blood cell) protein powder, albumin, heme, thrombin, superoxide dismutase (SOD), etc.
• Biopharmaceutical: Tubular centrifuges are used for vaccine preparation and bacterial isolation. Such as: rabies vaccine, 100 strains of broken vaccine, pneumonia vaccine, Escherichia coli, Bacillus, lactic acid bacteria, etc.
