1.Material
All contact with the material are made of high quality stainless steel, or duplex stainless steel. Bowl body all centrifugal casting, to ensure the durability and reliability of the equipment.
2. Bowl and screw
In order to ensure a high dryness cake, specially designed bowl and spirals are pressed against the dewatered cake at the concial end of the bowl in a high-pressure, two-way manner to minimize the moisture of the cake.
3.Wear protection
A wide range of wear protection are available, including welded hard facing or spray coating, ceramic port, Zn carbide tiles, chilled hard mental portcastings, etc. all wear protection elements, except welded hard facings or spray coatings, are field replaceable.
The centrifuge achieves efficient solid-liquid separation through differential rotation, feed acceleration, solid phase deposition, solid phase push, liquid phase discharge and continuous operation.
