Working Principle

 

The working principle of the continuous refined salt propeller centrifuge is based on the combined action of centrifugal sedimentation and spiral pushing. The drum generates a strong centrifugal force under high-speed rotation, so that the solid salt particles in the mixed liquid are quickly deposited on the inner wall of the drum to form a salt layer. At the same time, the spiral propeller in the drum rotates in the same direction as the drum at a slower speed, continuously pushing the deposited salt particles to the discharge end to achieve continuous salt discharge. The separated liquid is discharged from the equipment through a specific discharge port.

 

Structural Composition

 

  • Drum: The core component, equipped with a filter or screen inside, is used for solid-liquid separation. The high-speed rotation of the drum generates centrifugal force to deposit solid salt particles.
  • Screw propeller: Located inside the drum, it rotates in the same direction as the drum but at a slower speed. Its function is to continuously push the deposited salt particles to the discharge end to achieve continuous salt discharge.
