Product structure and features

After the motor drives the drum to run at full speed, the feed valve opens automatically, and the suspension enters the drum along the feed pipe. The liquid phase is centrifugally thrown out through the filter screen and the filter holes on the drum wall, and flows out from the tangential discharge port on the casing, while the solid phase is intercepted in the drum. After the set time is reached, the feed stops, and after a given time of separation and dehydration, the washing valve is activated, and the washing liquid enters the drum through the washing pipe to wash the filter cake. After washing, separation continues to be performed to make the filter cake reach the required dryness, and then the material is unloaded. The scraper frame rotates, so that the scraper cuts into the filter cake layer, scrapes the filter cake off and discharges it from the hopper.

Horizontal scraper centrifuge is suitable for processing suspensions with medium particle size, appropriate solid-liquid ratio and good sedimentation performance. Typical materials include ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, glucose, antibiotics, dye intermediates, industrial starch, etc. The equipment can select different scraper structures (flexible or rigid), drum materials and drive systems according to the characteristics of the materials to ensure separation efficiency and operational safety. It is widely used in fine chemicals, pharmaceutical intermediates, food fermentation, pesticide intermediates and other fields, and is one of the important separation equipment with high degree of automation and sustainable operation.
