Working principle

The drum and the spiral rotate at high speed in a certain direction at the same time. The material is continuously introduced into the inner tube of the inner pupa from the feed pipe. Sediment is formed. The thrust of the sedimented solid phase is continuously pushed to the rotating cone end and discharged from the scum discharge port. The light liquid phase objects form an inner liquid ring, which continuously overflows the drum from the overflow at the large end of the drum. At this speed of the function, continuous feeding, separation, washing and unloading are performed.

Compared with the traditional two-phase centrifuge, the three-phase decanter centrifuge can complete the three-phase separation at one time, eliminating the secondary treatment of the intermediate emulsion, greatly improving the separation efficiency and economy. It has the characteristics of high separation accuracy, large processing capacity, and good operation stability. It is particularly suitable for recovering usable oil from oily liquids or achieving complete separation of oil and water. The equipment is usually equipped with a frequency conversion control system and a hydraulic differential speed regulator, which can flexibly adjust the drum speed and differential speed according to the material characteristics to ensure a stable and efficient separation process.
