Working Principle
After the inner drum and outer drum rotate at full speed, the suspension to be separated continuously enters the circular distributing plate installed on the outer drum through the feed pipe, and under the action of centrifugal force, the suspension is evenly thrown along the circumference to the screen installed on the inner drum.
Most of the liquid phase is thrown out of the drum through the screen gap and the inner drum wall hole, while the solid particles are trapped on the screen to form a filter residue layer. When the inner drum returns, the inner drum filter residue layer is pushed forward along the axial direction by the pusher plate. When the inner drum is in the process, the empty mesh surface forms a new filter residue layer, and the outer end face of the inner drum pushes the outer drum filter residue layer forward along the axial direction .
With the reciprocating motion of the inner drum, the filter residue layers of the inner drum and the outer drum move forward in turn and further dehydrate.
Finally, the filter residue is continuously pushed out of the outer drum and into the aggregate tank. Through the scraper installed on the outer drum, the filter residue is discharged out of the centrifuge through the discharge port of the casing from the tangent direction.
If the filter residue needs to be washed in the centrifuge, the washing liquid is continuously sprayed on the filter residue layer through the washing pipe or other washing equipment for washing, and the separated mother liquor and washing liquid are collected in the casing and discharged from the liquid outlet. If necessary, mother liquor and washing liquid can be discharged separately.

HR series horizontal double stage pusher centrifuge is suitable for the separation of suspension of medium and coarse crystalline materials, that is, it is suitable for the separation of suspension with solid content of 40-70%, average particle size of solid ≥ 0.05mm and temperature of no more than 80 ℃, and requires stable feed concentration and uniform feed.
