HR Series 2 stages Refined sea salt Piston Pusher Centrifuge
This industrial pusher centrifuge is equipped with MVR energy-saving technology, which utilizes secondary steam latent heat to serve as the heat source for the salt centrifuge machine. This effectively enhances the thermal economy of steam and achieves energy and consumption reduction, resulting in lower operating costs and floor space for the boiler room and circulating water system. Additionally, it significantly decreases the need for circulating cooling water, reducing emissions of waste gas, residue, and water. Overall, this equipment supports a green and eco-friendly approach to reducing costs and improving efficiency.
The Two-stage Pusher Centrifuge is a type of perforated basket centrifuge, capable of both continuous and efficient separation. The mixture to be separated is supplied through the feeding pipe and distributor in a continuous and uniform manner into the first stage basket. Under the influence of centrifugal force, most of the liquid in the feed passes through the sieves and collects in the liquor-collecting casing, where it is discharged from the machine. The first stage basket rotates and reciprocates, pushing the formed product cake into the second stage basket. This cake is able to attain the desired humidity and is continuously discharged from the basket. Additionally, for high purity solid products, the centrifuge allows for effective washing. If needed, the washing agent and mother-liquor can be discharged separately.
Features:
1. The high separation factor allows for full dehydration of the material in both the primary and secondary drums, resulting in a very low moisture content of the filter cake.
2. Continuous operation, large production capacity and stable operation.
3. When a high level of purity is needed for the solid product, it can be efficiently washed and the washing liquid and mother liquor can be discharged separately.
4. Low power consumption.
