Working Principle

 

The working principle of the LLW Filter Screw Discharge Filter Centrifuge is based on the combination of centrifugal sedimentation and screw conveying. After the county suspension enters the centrifuge from the feed pipe, under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase is quickly discharged through the screen on the drum wall, while the solid phase particles are trapped in the drum. As the drum rotates, the solid phase particles move from the small end of the drum to the large end under the action of centrifugal force and the screw pusher, and gradually dehydrate in the process until they reach the predetermined dryness and are discharged through the screw discharge port. During the whole process, the processes of feeding, separation, washing (if necessary), dehydration and discharging are carried out continuously, achieving efficient solid-liquid separation.
