Working Principle

The motor is smoothly started by frequency control and the drum rotates at high speed to form a centrifugal force field. The feeding speed, cleaning speed and de-liquefaction speed can be selected within a certain speed (rated speed).

Under the action of centrifugal force field, the material is evenly distributed on the drum for dewatering and separation. The liquid phase passes through the gap of the filter bag through the wall hole of the drum to the cavity of the machine shell, and discharged from the liquid outlet of the chassis.

Solid-phase materials are retained in the drum, the liquid is added by the feeding pipe, and the washing water is added through the washing pipe. The feeding and washing can be controlled by special valves.

After the material dehydration and washing are finished, stop the machine, open the cover, and put the filter bag with solid material out of the drum through the cantilever crane for discharging. And after discharging is finished, the interior of the centrifuge can be cleaned in all directions.
