Working Principle

 

LW series horizontal screw centrifuge mainly uses the principle of centrifugal sedimentation to separate suspensions. Under the action of centrifugal force, the solid particles in the suspension are pushed to the wall of the drum to form a sediment layer, while the liquid is discharged through the overflow hole of the drum. At the same time, through the rotation of the spiral pusher, the sediment layer is pushed to the small end of the drum and finally discharged from the slag discharge port, thus achieving the purpose of continuous separation.
