Working Principle
The working principle is to use the differential rotation of the bowl and the spiral to form centrifugal force for separation according to the different solid-liquid densities. The construction and basic principle of the decanter centrifuge: when the suspension with fine particles is not moving, the floating particles slowly move down due to the function of the gravitational field. The heavier the particles, the faster they move downward, and conversely, particles with a smaller relative density than the liquid state will be regulated. The speed of the movement of particles under the gravitational field is related to the size, shape and hardness of the particles, and is also related to the hardness of the gravitational field and the viscosity of the solution.
