LW450 Differential for Centrifuge Separator

The piston is in direct contact with the high-temperature gas, and the instantaneous temperature can reach more than 2500K, therefore, the heating is serious, and the heat dissipation conditions are very poor, so the piston is very high when working, and the top is as high as 600~700K.

When overload and plugging occurs in the process of pushing, it has the functions of automatic acceleration of differential speed and automatic compensation of power, and the range of differential feedback compensation is large, and there will be no blockage.

Working Principle

A rotating device mounted on the centrifuge rotor (centrifuge auger). It is mainly composed of: cam disc, rotor, distributor, piston, etc.

A differential is a variable varactor radial piston motor. The pressure exerted on the piston ball by the oil feed from the pumping station is transmitted via a cam disc.

At the same time, the tangential separation causes the rotor to rotate. The pressure is applied to the piston through the distributor, causing the piston to move. The hydraulic oil is then conveyed back to the hydraulic power station through the circuit, and the cylinder alternately acts the high pressure of the oil intake system on the differential, thereby driving the differential piston to move, and then producing the differential operation. The high pressure of the inlet oil is relieved after the work is done, and then it is transmitted back to the pumping station.

The piston :works by taking a gas pressure and converting this pressure into mechanical energy, which drives the crankshaft to rotate, thus achieving energy conversion.
Intake stroke: The piston is driven by the crankshaft and moves from top dead center to bottom dead center, at which point the intake valve opens and the combustible mixture enters the cylinder.
Compression stroke: The piston moves from bottom dead center to top dead center, compressing air and combustible mixture in preparation for the power stroke.
Power stroke: When the piston is close to the top dead center, the combustible mixture is ignited by the spark plug, and the combustion expansion of the combustible mixture pushes the piston downward, and the crankshaft is driven to rotate through the connecting rod.
Exhaust stroke: The exhaust valve is open, the intake valve is still closed, and the piston moves from the bottom dead center to the top dead center to vent the exhaust gas out of the cylinder
