How it works

LW series centrifuge is used in a variety of industries for separating all kinds of solid-liquid suspension, defecating liquid phase with graded grains, and dehydrating sludge.

-Double-motor double frequency conversion drive system, to achieve differential stepless adjustment and energy feedback -Spiral furnace blade: Surfacing hard alloy grinding

-Drum cone discharge port: replacement of wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant ceramic alloy bushings
-Electrical protection: overload, phase failure, torque protection.
-Main and auxiliary inverters use a common DC bus, the role of the auxiliary motor is to generate electricity (power saving)
   The slurry to be treated enters the machine through the feed tube and rotates with the drum. Due to the density difference of particles of different particle sizes in the slurry, under the action of centrifugal force, the dense coarse particles settle on the inner wall of the drum and are pushed by the screw pusher to the outlet of the small end of the drum by centrifugal force, while the fine slurry formed by fine particles becomes an inner ring. The depth of the annular liquid laver in the drum can be adiusted by the overflow baffle on the drum cover. After grading, the fine pulp is discharged through the overflow port, and the recovered sediment(coarse particles)is pushed out by the screw pusher.
