Basic Concept Of Planetary Differential
NC series planetary differential is a differential that adopts the principle of planetary transmission. It realizes the differential transmission between the input shaft and the output shaft through the interaction of the sun gear, planetary gear and inner ring gear. It is mainly used in centrifuges to meet the operation requirements of centrifuges under different working conditions by adjusting the transmission ratio.
How It Works
The working principle of the NC series planetary differential is based on the principle of planetary transmission. The input shaft is connected to multiple planetary gears through the sun gear, and the planetary gears are connected to the output shaft through the inner ring gear. When the input shaft rotates, the sun gear drives the planetary gears to rotate around the inner ring gear. Due to the different number and layout of the planetary gears, different transmission ratios can be achieved, thereby realizing the differential transmission between the input shaft and the output shaft.
Components
NC series planetary differential mainly consists of the following parts:
- Sun gear: connected to the input shaft and serves as the active part of the transmission system.
- Planetary gear: meshes with the sun gear and the inner ring gear to achieve power transmission and differential motion.
- Internal gear ring: connected to the output shaft, fixed and provides a rotating track for the planetary gears.
- Planet carrier: supports the planetary gears and allows them to rotate around their own axes. It is also connected to the output shaft to transmit power.

- Smooth operation: The main parts are processed by advanced CNC equipment and have passed the dynamic balance test to meet the requirements of centrifuges with high speed and low vibration.
- The output shaft is an involute spline bidirectional floating link, which can transmit torque stably and reliably.
