Product Structure

 

• Sling unloading, low labor intensity and high efficiency. Adopt frequency conversion control, smooth start-up and adjustable separation factor. Equipped with online cleaning system, the inner wall of the centrifuge shell, the inner and outer surfaces of the drum, the surface of the liquid collection tank and other invisible parts of the centrifuge can be cleaned to ensure the cleanliness requirements and meet GMP standards.
• The frame and casing are welded into an integral structure with high bearing strength. The frame is a flat structure, which lowers the center of gravity of the machine and has a smaller installation space. The flat frame can be used as an operating platform, which is more convenient to operate.
• Equipped with liquid or rubber dampers to eliminate vibration more effectively and simplify daily maintenance.
• The shell is flip-covered, and the feed pipe, washing pipe, observation mirror, and lighting hole are set. The structure is set reasonably, effectively eliminating the sanitary dead corners, the structure is too smooth, the surface is polished, and the external structure, fasteners, and drum are all made of stainless steel. The shell is a clamshell type, which can clean the space between the centrifuge shell and the drum.
