Product Features and Applications
The HR series centrifuge is a horizontal, two-stage, piston-driven, continuously operating filter centrifuge. It can continuously perform feeding, separation, washing, and discharging while operating at full speed. It features continuous, stable operation, a high separation factor, high throughput, high yield, excellent washing results, low cake moisture content, and low mother liquor solids content. It is suitable for separating suspensions containing solids with particle sizes exceeding 0.08 mm and concentrations exceeding 35%. It is widely used in the chemical, fertilizer, alkali, and salt production industries, and is particularly suitable for solid-liquid separation of sodium chloride, ammonium chloride, ammonium bicarbonate, sodium sulfate, and ammonium sulfate.
The pusher centrifuge is a highly efficient, continuous solid-liquid separation device widely used for dehydrating crystalline materials, particularly in the production of sodium chloride (NaCl). The device rapidly dries solids through the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation, while a spiral pusher continuously pushes out the wet salt, achieving fully automated operation with continuous feeding, dehydration, and discharge. It offers significant advantages such as stable operation, thorough dehydration, and high processing capacity.

Product Structure and Principle
The main motor drives the inner and outer bowls at full speed. Material is continuously introduced through the feed pipe and evenly deposited on the inner filter screen of the inner bowl. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid passes through the filter screen and the bowl’s filtration holes before being discharged from the drain pipe. Solids are retained in the inner bowl, forming a round filter cake. As the inner and outer bowls rotate at the same speed, the inner bowl is pushed by the piston in continuous axial reciprocating motion. This pusher disc pushes the filter cake in the inner bowl outward and into the outer bowl, where it is further separated and formed into a round filter cake after being discharged outside the inner bowl. The outer surface of the inner bowl pushes the filter cake in the outer bowl outward until it is discharged outside the outer bowl, where it passes through the scraper groove and is discharged outside the machine.

During the edible salt refining process, pusher centrifuges are primarily used to separate and dehydrate crystallized salt from the salt slurry. Our equipment utilizes 316L stainless steel or titanium wetted components, meeting food-grade production standards and featuring high cleanliness, corrosion resistance, and easy cleaning. The adjustable differential speed and precision filter design effectively control product moisture content and particle integrity, ensuring clean, white, and delicious salt crystals. This meets the refining needs of various salt types, including solar salt, sea salt, and lake salt.
