Overview Of The Centrifuge

Working Principle
- Feeding and separation: The suspension enters the drum of the centrifuge from the feed pipe. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase is separated through the screen, and the solid phase particles are retained on the screen.
- Pushing and discharging: At the same time, the worm screw rotates synchronously with the drum at a certain speed difference, pushing the solid phase particles on the screen forward. As the particles move toward the large end of the drum, the centrifugal force they are subjected to gradually increases, further promoting the separation of the solid and liquid phases. Finally, the solid phase particles are discharged from the discharge port of the centrifuge, while the liquid phase is discharged through the filtrate outlet.
