Working Principle

The pusher centrifuge consists of a rotating drum, main shaft, differential, and spiral blades. Sea salt slurry enters the rotating screen basket through the feed system. Centrifugal force forces the liquid phase through the filter and out, while the solid phase remains in the screen basket. The spiral, controlled by the differential, then slowly advances at a constant speed, pushing the separated salt crystals toward the outlet. The equipment can be equipped with a spray system for in-line washing of the sea salt, further removing impurities and impurities such as calcium and magnesium, thereby improving the purity of the refined salt.
