Structure and Features
The two-stage piston pusher centrifuge is mainly composed of oil supply system, base, pusher mechanism, bearing assembly, drum, screen, housing and electric control cabinet. The pusher mechanism, drum, screen and other components are supported on the base through the bearing assembly. The oil supply system is also supported by the base, which contains a cooler, and the housing is supported on the base through the bearing seat. The entire rotating body is connected to the main motor pulley through a triangular tape. The electric control cabinet is a separate system.
After the main engine is running at full speed, the suspension enters the distribution plate through the feed pipe. Under the action of centrifugal force, the suspension is evenly distributed on the screen of the first drum. The liquid phase is thrown out of the drum through the gap between the screen and the holes in the drum wall, while the solid phase is retained on the screen to form an annular filter cake layer. The first drum rotates and reciprocates along the axial direction, pushing the filter cake forward along the axial direction of the drum and unloading it through the collection tank in front of the second drum.
Working principle
The double-stage piston pusher centrifuge rotates at high speed. After the material enters the inner drum from the feed pipe, it is initially dehydrated under the action of centrifugal force. Then it is pushed into the outer drum by the first piston for further deep dehydration, and finally the dry material is pushed to the discharge port by the scraper. Its double-stage separation structure can not only prolong the residence time of the material in the machine, but also effectively improve the cake quality. Compared with the single-stage structure, this machine has significant advantages such as stable pushing, low product moisture content, low energy consumption, and high degree of automation.
