Basic Principle
The screen centrifuge uses the centrifugal force field to trap the solid particles in the suspension on the screen in the drum, while the liquid phase is separated through the mesh of the screen, thereby realizing the automatic and continuous separation of the solid and liquid phases. The solid particles entering the screen section are discharged through the screen under the action of centrifugal force, and the remaining liquid is discharged through the screen to form a centrifugal liquid. The solid particles continue to move forward under the action of the screw propeller and are discharged at the discharge port.
Main Structure
The screen centrifuge is mainly composed of a drum, a screen, a screw propeller, a differential and other components. Among them, the drum is the core component of the centrifuge, and its inner wall is provided with a screen; the screen serves to intercept solid particles and allow liquid to pass; the screw propeller is used to push the solid particles forward to achieve continuous discharge; the differential is used to adjust the speed difference between the drum and the screw propeller to achieve a more efficient separation effect.
Our Technical Features
- High-efficiency separation: mesh centrifuges can efficiently separate the solid and liquid phases in the suspension, improving separation efficiency and product quality.
- Continuous operation: The screen centrifuge adopts a continuous discharge method, which can achieve long-term continuous operation and improve production efficiency.
- Automatic control: Modern screen centrifuges are usually equipped with an automatic control system, which can realize functions such as automatic start and stop, speed adjustment and fault alarm of the equipment, and improve the reliability and safety of the equipment.
- Easy to maintain: The structure design of the screen centrifuge is reasonable, easy to disassemble and clean, and convenient for daily maintenance.
Application Scenarios
The application scenarios of mesh centrifuges are very wide, covering multiple industries such as coal, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, environmental protection, metallurgy, etc.
- In the coal industry, mesh centrifuges are often used for dehydration of coal slime to improve the utilization efficiency of coal.
- In the chemical industry, it is used for grading, purification and dehydration of various chemical materials, such as catalyst recovery, resin separation, pigment grading, etc.
- In the food industry, mesh centrifuges are used for clarification and filtration of liquids such as juice, dairy products, and Chinese medicine liquid to obtain clear and transparent liquid products.
- In the pharmaceutical industry, it is used for the extraction, separation and purification of drugs, as well as the drying of drugs.
- In the environmental protection industry, mesh centrifuges are widely used in sewage treatment and solid waste treatment to achieve sewage purification and solid waste reduction.
