Working Principle

The solid phase particles are the first to deposit on the inner wall of the drum to form a solid phase layer because of the largest density; the heavy liquid phase is located above the solid phase layer to form an intermediate liquid phase layer; and the light liquid phase is thrown to the center area of ​​the drum because of the smallest density. Subsequently, through the slow rotation and pushing action of the screw conveyor, the solid phase is continuously discharged to the solid phase outlet, and the heavy liquid phase and the light liquid phase flow out from their respective outlets, thereby achieving a complete separation of the three phases.
