Working Principle
To begin with, the centrifugal discharge refers to the material in the hopper of the bucket elevator, under the action of centrifugal force greater than gravity, the material particles move to the outer edge of the hopper and throw from the outer edge of the discharge.
Second, Centrifugal force discharge centrifuge is a kind of continuous automatic discharge centrifuge. It uses the centrifugal force of the centrifugal. Then, force on the surface of the conical bowl to be separated, and completes the feeding, separation and discharging process at full speed.
In a word, Under the action of centrifugal force, the material tends to the drum wall. And the liquid phase passes through the filter hole of the drum wall .It tends to the inner wall of the shell and falls into the chassis, and is discharged through the liquid outlet. The solid-phase material is stored in the bowl to complete the solid-liquid separation.
It is composed of main organic parts, clamshell parts, spindle transmission parts, drum parts, liquid barrier parts and motor parts. The discharging centrifuge machine has simple structure, reliable performance, convenient operation and maintenance. The filter residue can be fully washed, the solid particles are not destroyed. Certainly, the filter bag is easy to clean.
Application Fields
This series of centrifuges has reasonable structure, stable operation, large production capacity and wide range of adaptation, which is suitable for separating solid-phase particles > 0.05mm of easy-to-filter suspension, mainly used in chemical, light industry and other industries to separate salt, sugar, miscanthus nitrate, ferrous sulfate, gypsum, plastics, wool, fiber, ammonium bicarbonate and other materials.
- Pharmaceutical industry: In the pharmaceutical process, it is often necessary to separate solid particles or impurities in drugs. Gravity discharge centrifuges are able to quickly and efficiently separate solid particles, improving the purity and quality of pharmaceutical products.
- Chemical industry: In chemical processes, gravity discharge centrifuges are often used to separate solid particles or impurities in solution. For example, in some chemical processes, particles in a solution containing metal ions need to be separated for purification purposes.
- Food industry: In food production, gravity discharge centrifuges are often used to separate solid particles or impurities in suspensions. For example, in the process of brewing beer, yeast cells suspended in a liquid need to be separated.
