3 Phase Horizontal Tricanter centrifuge
The tricanter centrifuge is a horizontally-oriented machine that both takes in and releases substances on a continuous basis. Its ability to separate particles is influenced by factors such as size, shape, density difference between solids and liquids, and viscosity.
The Decanter centrifuge is capable of performing solid-phase dewatering, liquid-phase clarification and separation, liquid-liquid-solid three phase separation, and size-grading of suspensions with solid-phase particle sizes ranging from 0.005mm to 15mm. With a consistency of 1-40% and a temperature limit of 100°C, it is ideal for separating oil-water-solid mixtures. It is especially effective in the production of olive oil, coconut oil, palm oil, and avocado oil.

How the decanter centrifuge works.
The rotary drum operates at high speed, causing the material to be transported into a spiral tube and accelerated by centrifugal force. The solid phase is pushed by a continuous feeding screw to the drum cone, where it is discharged through the drain. Meanwhile, the lighter liquid phase overflows through the large end of the drum and exits through the drain outlet. This machine has a compact structure, operates continuously, and has strong adaptability and large production capacity. It is suitable for suspensions with solid phase particles larger than 0.005mm and concentrations ranging from 2-40%. It is commonly used in industries such as chemical, light, pharmaceutical, food, and environmental protection.
