How It Works
The working principle of LWD430 horizontal screw centrifuge is based on the action of centrifugal force. When the suspension enters the centrifuge through the feed pipe, the material is accelerated and sent into the high-speed rotating drum. In the drum, the heavier solid phase is deposited on the drum wall under the action of centrifugal force to form a sediment layer. At the same time, the lighter liquid phase forms an inner liquid ring and is discharged from the other end of the drum. The deposited solid phase is continuously pushed to the cone end of the drum by the screw conveyor and discharged from the machine through the slag discharge port. This process realizes the automated operation of continuous feeding, separation, washing and unloading.
Main Features
