How It Works

Under the action of centrifugal force, the solid particles with higher density are thrown to the inner wall of the drum to form a solid phase layer; while the liquid with lower density forms a liquid phase layer and is discharged through the overflow port. At the same time, the screw conveyor rotates at a speed slightly lower than the drum, pushing the solid phase layer to the slag discharge port for discharge, thereby achieving solid-liquid separation.
