Working Principle
The working principle of GQ150 tubular separator is based on centrifugal force. When the material is injected into the drum from the bottom liquid inlet, the centrifugal force forces the liquid to flow upward along the inner wall of the drum. Due to the density difference of different components, the material gradually separates into layers in the drum, with the heavy liquid layer leaning against the drum wall and the light liquid layer leaning against the center of the drum. Subsequently, the heavy liquid and light liquid flow along the length of the drum respectively and are discharged from the overflow port at the top of the drum respectively, realizing the effective separation of the mixture.
