Working Principle
When the mixture containing solid particles and liquids is conveyed to the bowl of the centrifugal dehydrator, the solid particles and liquids in the mixture have different trajectories due to the difference in density due to the strong centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation.
The denser solid particles are thrown onto the inner wall of the bowl and gradually accumulate under the barrier of the filter screen to form a filter cake layer. The liquid is thrown out of the bowl through the pores of the filter screen or the drainage channel on the bowl under the action of centrifugal force, so as to achieve solid-liquid separation.
