How it works

The tubular centrifuge is mainly composed of a fuselage, a transmission device, a liquid collection tray, a liquid inlet bearing seat, a motor, etc.

Tubular centrifuge is a commonly used centrifugal equipment, which is mainly composed of centrifuge shell, feed pipe, centrifuge needle, centrifuge filter bag and centrifuge discharge pipe. Its working principle can be summarized as follows: centrifugal force is used to separate the solid particles from the suspension. When the stock solution flows through the feed pipe into the centrifuge needle, the centrifuge needle is closed, forming a closed container. The stock solution is subjected to centrifugal force in the syringe, and the solid particles are pushed to the inner wall of the centrifuge filter bag and are intercepted by the filter bag, while the liquid flows out through the micropores of the filter bag and is finally discharged through the centrifuge discharge tube.

The tubular centrifuge is that the material is injected from the bottom inlet, and the centrifugal force forces the material liquid to flow upward along the inner wall of the bowl, and stratification due to the density difference of different components of the material liquid.
