Decanter Centrifuge is an industrial equipment that uses the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation to achieve solid-liquid separation. Structure

This machine is a horizontal spiral unloading sedimentation centrifuge. The main machine has a column cone bowl, spiral stacking, differential system, bearing seat, base, cover, main motor, auxiliary motor, and electronic control chamber. With the high-speed rotation of the bowl, a strong centrifugal force is formed, which allows the sludge to be continuously dehydrated 24 hours a day.

The main motor rotates the bowl through a V-belt, and the auxiliary motor and the spiral differential are different through a planetary gear differential to achieve sludge dehydration and pusher functions, which means differential speed control and torque control. Since the sludge with solid content may have fluctuating motion, the differential control system is the guarantee of speed stability, achieving constant solid content in the sludge, and constant torque control to keep the decanter load in a stable state, and the separation effect and flocculation are in the best state, thereby ensuring the safe operation of the centrifuge.

This machine has good sealing performance (ensuring no material leakage during operation), and the sludge dehydration works in a completely sealed state, making the environment clean.
